We finally finished decorating our tree on Friday night. Here is the final product: (I think it's pretty cute!)
Saturday night was the Apex Christmas parade in downtown. We missed last year so this was our first time going. It was a cute little parade - ok not little, it was a LONG parade. But it was nice. We were freeeeezzzzzing by the end of it! I didn't take a lot of pictures because it was so dark but here are a few.
Before the parade began - everyone lined up along Salem St.
A Greyhound Rescue had all their dogs dressed up - aren't they funny looking!
One of the "floats" in the parade. Our church decided that we are going to have one next year!

Emily- where did you get the star on your tree? This is year number four of us having a topless tree because we have yet to find a non-gaudy looking tree topper. I like yours!
